Ingredients
1 boneless turkey breast (2–3 lbs)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh chopped rosemary
1 tbsp fresh chopped thyme
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley (garnish)
Lemon slices (optional garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
In a small bowl, mix: olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Pat turkey breast dry with paper towels.
Rub the seasoning mixture generously all over the turkey, coating evenly.
Place the turkey breast in a baking dish, skin-side up.
Roast 50–65 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Let rest 10 minutes before slicing — this keeps it juicy.
Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices.
