Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon (Lean Version)

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (4–5 oz each)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with foil.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk: olive oil, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, garlic, pepper, and paprika.

  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the pan.

  4. Brush glaze generously over salmon.

  5. Bake 12–14 minutes until salmon flakes easily and the glaze caramelizes.

  6. Spoon extra glaze from the pan over the salmon.

  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
